Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SudoSquad ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms are between you and SudoSquad Club (Hyderabad, India).

2. Description of Service

SudoSquad is a competitive multiplayer Sudoku application that allows users to play Sudoku puzzles in various modes, including solo practice, Squad Rooms, daily challenges, and tournaments.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Some features of the App require an account. Accounts require accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU)
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us of any unauthorized access
• One account per person unless explicitly permitted

4. Fair Play Policy

4.1 Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized tools
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• Engage in collusion or match manipulation
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App

4.2 Consequences

Violations may result in account suspension, score invalidation, or permanent removal from competitive features.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SudoSquad and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for service provision.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

Any virtual items or points earned through gameplay have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be modified or removed at our discretion.

7. In-App Purchases

Should we offer in-app purchases in the future, such purchases are final and non-refundable. Digital items have no real-world value and cannot be resold or transferred.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SudoSquad from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms and any related proceedings.
